Week 1

For my portfolio, I have chosen the Creative Commons, attribution, non-commercial, share-alike license. I feel like this is the fairest in a sense because I want people to have access to what I create but still get credit for my part. I hope it will also help me know what others are doing with what I create and see how they have been able to adapt it. That seems like a great way to continue learning and growing. I am a big believer in collaboration because of my background in theatre and I love seeing how others interpret things. The playwright Charles Mee has made all of his work available for remixing and reinventing with the (re)making project, and I have always admired that.
